Imran from EE branch in the fort shopping centre in Birmingham has genuinely gone out of his way to help me in matters I couldn’t manage to sort over the phone.

he helped me upgrade my contract and some bill issues he sorted out for me by talking to customer services on my behalf as I struggled to get my message across!

he went above and beyond to help me out and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it,

staff like imran are the reason why I still am a loyal customer to EE!

I really hope that this post reaches him and EE can see what a hard working and great character he actually is.
