You guys really need somewhere we can leave feedback about staff.

I don’t ever go out of my way to leave feedback about anyone as I consistently receive good customer service from EE representatives when I call - which I confirm in the after call survey - but this time I had to go beyond my norm.

Rebecca from Newcastle! ❤️

I was on the second call to EE of the day and was a little frustrated with the process of connecting my Apple Watch to my line plan. I called once more as it wouldn’t let me connect the watch. Rebecca answered the phone, She was extremely friendly and helped me solve my issue - yes we ran into some obstacles but I really couldn’t have asked for a better person to help my get through it. Such an amazing soul, we solved the issue with laughter and I genuinely feel as though my friend was helping me solve an issue.

Long story short, if anyone knows Rebecca, she works in the Newcastle branch and is also from Scotland (‭called from 07973 100194‬ at around 17:30 on 6/6/2019) - let her know that I appreciate her, and give her a high five on me 🙂
