I just spoke to Alana in the Irish branch about my bill being higher and having to constantly add data. She was so lovely and helpful, she went away and resolved my problem straight away without any fuss or argument. She wasn't rushed to close off the call. What an excellent service and congrats to Alana for being so fantastic at her job. Well done Alana, hope this feedback gets to you and EE reward you for being such a terrific employee.
