Hey there,

Just wanted to let you know that I’ve spoke to a lovely lady called Kelsie based in South Wales, I called regarding my data and although what I wanted was not available Kelsie was very helpful in upgrading my data plan!

She has also helped with another query regarding payment date.

Please be sure to tell her how helpful she’s been and she defiantly has the customer service which you pride yourself in.
