I suspect this is deliberate.

One of the hardest sites to navigate I have ever seen. Consider yourself lucky in that you have got this far. I want to ask a question on the Community forum and cant figure out how to open a new thread. I am obviously doing something wrong.

To start a new thread, open the forum you'd like to post in (e.g. Apple, Network status) and tap 'Start a new topic'.

Cheers but easier said than done. I see Latest Conversations but no Forums. No doubt I am missing something. But it is not clear what.

Forums found. I was stuck in EE Community which only displays Latest Discussions.

It could be clearer that the tabs across the top are actual drop down menu's I agree, the forum software is a bit hit and miss

This is what I'd like to know as well. The question I'd like to ask is do EE provide an Anti virus program? When I was using a dongle before I connected to wifi. There was some kind of Anti virus program because I remember it very often cutting in and stopping me from logging into suspicious sites. Also, recently I keep getting messages telling me that my computer is vulnerable to attack from Viruses and malware.
