      <description>&lt;P&gt;I woke up this morning to see I have “no service” on my mobile. I can’t call 150 as I have no service and I don’t have a landline. I checked for issues in my area - there are none. I’ve started my phone a couple of times. I can get in WiFi. Any ideas how I can sort this out pls as I have some anxiety about my parents not being able to contact me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing that comes to mind is that I called EE yesterday to request a smaller SIM as I want to get a different phone (I haven’t got that phone yet) . Has my existing SIM been already deactivated? I hope not &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/794919"&gt;@Jasmine9&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your SIM is certainly a possibility, but depending what model of phone you have now, you could try connecting to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/why-ee/wifi-calling" target="_self"&gt;WiFi calling&lt;/A&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't help if the SIM is the problem, but if you have a coverage fault in your area and your SIM is fine - this should solve it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I know this has been discontinued sinve 2018 but I have been trying to get an&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ee 4gee action cam, viewfinder watch usb pogo cable for a few years now. I bought the action cam and watch from ebay but it never had a watch pogo cable. I have looked everywhere online but nowhere has them. I really want to use the watch but have not been able to as I cannot charge it up. This is my last resort contacting yourself because I don't want to bother you about it. If there is some way or some workaround I could use to charge the watch I would be extremely grateful. I don't know if somewhere you may have a compatible cable as I cannot find them anywhere online. I really don't want the watch to go to waste as I haven't even tried it yet. I use the cam on a daily basis for ppe in my workplace as a security officer and the watch would be so useful. I really hope someone can help me with this. I really rate your product but I feel I am restricted as I cannot use it to its full potential.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

Now that we have been split up for a few&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;weeks he is refusing to give the phone back and the sim Card. I can’t afford to pay for his contract also as I would have to pay nearly £200 a month , I don’t work , I am disabled, just came out of nasty stroke abs pneumonia the same time . I can pay my side of the contract not a problem but I cannot afford to pay his contract. &lt;P&gt;A contract can't be stopped or placed under someone else name without them agreeing to this, if they do agree to this a change of ownership can be completed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with&amp;nbsp;our customer care team who can provide you with more information and support which can be offered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
