Following the Government’s latest advice we’ll be closing all our EE and BT stores in England for the next four weeks.

We’ll continue to be there for our customers online and through our contact centres across the UK. Our response times may be longer than normal and so we advise you to visit us online to self-serve where possible.

If you have ordered your handset to be delivered to one of our affected stores, your order will be changed to be delivered to the home address on your account. Your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available. If you need to check your account address just give us a call on 150 by 9pm on Thursday 5th November.

We look forward to helping you in one of our shops again sometime soon.

Keep your eye on our Coronavirus page for any further updates >
