&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We’re starting to re-open our stores, and to keep you and our teams safe we’re doing things a little bit differently.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Following government guidance we’ve introduced some new measures in store.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As part of this we’ll be restricting the number of customers in-store at one time. You can avoid having to queue by &lt;A title="Opens the EE store finder in another tab" href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;booking an appointment online&lt;/A&gt;. Customers with an appointment need to arrive promptly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We’re also adding distance reminders to the floor and using screens to separate customers from our advisors.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2&gt;What else to expect in our stores&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;We’re offering hand sanitiser stations in every store and giving customers a single-use stylus for signing contracts on a tablet.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;We’ll clean your device before and after handling it. Demo equipment has been removed from the shop floor, it will be available on request and thoroughly sanitised.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;We’ll clean all surfaces including screens, tables and chairs after each customer. And every store will undergo a full clean each day.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;All stores will move to card payments only, no cash will be exchanged on the premises.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2&gt;Booking a telephone appointment&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you’re not ready to visit our stores yet, you can still schedule a callback with one of our experts at a convenient time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our advisers can offer a wide range of services over the phone. Such as:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Mobile billing and payment queries.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;General help and support on tech or apps and mobile device support.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Changing a price plan or adding a bundle.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Online help a support.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, we can’t take payments over the phone or offer the full range of services we can in-store. This means we can't process upgrades or new sales over the phone with our stores.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Katie!&amp;nbsp; It's &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/808322"&gt;@CalamityJane&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's SO nice to see/hear that stores are re-opening - &amp;gt; complete with ways to "stay safe &amp;amp; well."&amp;nbsp; Excellent work EE!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Me, the Telephone Appointment offering was even more exciting!&amp;nbsp; I'm always looking for ways to "do more in less time" --&amp;gt; so, I decided to set up a phone appointment (and could keep working away) on my computer in the background.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Good News:&amp;nbsp; VERY easy to set up an appointment, on a Day &amp;amp; at a time it would be convenient!&amp;nbsp; Excellent Work AGAIN EE!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Not So Good News (a.k.a.
