I dont get the point of EE community . Never seen any actual help yousont have account access and can never provide any scruslhelp and advice ither than call 150 great help 🤔😳

Have s look around plenty of help.

We just can't deal with anything that needs access to your account

@Rdaddio_1874 : Many users have been helped by us w/out having access to their specific a/c. Just have a look at all the Solutions that don't say "Call EE" but give technical advice on their devices & connections.
