Hi team,

My plan is now eligible for a phone upgrade. Whenever I click on "Upgrade" or "See offers" on the website, it shows me an "Internal Server Error" screen. I've tried all possible browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera, Firefox), I've cleared cookies and cache, nothing works. I've also connected via my home wifi and phone 5g, same results.

I want to see the offers, otherwise, I might just give up and take an offer from another provider like Vodafone or Three. Please fix this as this issue has been ongoing for years, my friend told me about this in 2025.

Regards,
Val

Hi @Valeral92

Thanks for coming to the community.

It is worth checking to see if you can see the upgrade options in the EE app as well.

If it is still the same, and as you've tried different browsers, it is likely to be something at account level. The best action at that point would be to give our tech guides a call and they can look into this further and if they need to, they can raise a ticket to our back office team.
