Told personal details dont match account details. Been with EE for two years and Im trying to check monthly bills. Instead I'm bombarded with offers for products I dont want, with no access to basic account information. I want simple information, I've reset password established key. Dialling 150 doesnt connect and am now told to visit a shop with passport or driving licence. If I do I will try to cancel my contract, Not happy.
