this company is so garbage why is it happening on web and app like i cant even add a add on cause of this always errors this why vodafone better i cant wait to cancel my ee contract and move

Hi @Therealdeal1,

Welcome to the EE Community

Are you able to get logged in ok it is just when accessing the add-ons page you are getting this error? Have you tried multiple different browsers?

Which add-on is it you are looking to add as a lot of them can be added by text message also if you are having issues online currently and need an add-on.

I’ve had this issue for four weeks across multiple devices both online and in the app. Finally, after a 50 minute phone call today, their Tech 2 team admitted this is a known issue and they’re working on a fix.

still no fix for this called told to go in store, went in store no we can't do that you need to call but did tell me it's not an eligibility issue as I can spend £132 more a month and have 9 more add to plan items. Sort yourselves out ee
