EE App issue: Infinite loading after email entry
Hi, the EE app is not working for me. I just bought a new Pixel 11 from you. After I enter my email address and press enter, the screen gets stuck on an infinite loading loop.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but nothing helped:
Cleared the app cache and data
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
Uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and installed it again
Tried connecting via both Wi-Fi and mobile data
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
