How long has this been happening? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app to see if you can log in?

Ive been having the same issue for at least a year. Ive given up at this point

Thanks for coming to the community.

It is worth trying to login through the EE website to see if you can manage your account that way. If you still access your account, it would point to it being something at account level, and speaking to our tech guides will be the best step.

With the app, if you haven't already please try to uninstall and reinstall it to see if that helps. If it is still the same, our tech guides can look into this further for you.
