App Login Fault

I just recently setup my EE broadband and I can't login to the app. I can log in on the website, but when I try to login via the app, the page loads and takes me back to the login page. Redownloaded twice and still issue remains, also cleared cache and data and no change.

Welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in on the app.

Just to check, do you receive any error messages before being returned to the login screen, or does it take you straight back to the sign-in page?

As you're able to access your account online and you've already tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache and data, if the issue continues, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team so they can investigate this further.

No error messages, just what seems to be the app resetting back to the login page. Will contact them.now and try and see if they can resolve it 🙂
