Why does the speed test on the EE app never work.

When i check my WiFi on the EE app on my mobile everything works apart from the speed test which never works , why?

What happens when you try and run a speed test, do you get an error message? Has the app been uninstalled and re-installed?

Have you been in touch with our technical team to see if they can help find the cause of the issue?

When i try to run the speed test it gets half way around the screen saying it's getting the download speed, then it comes up with "Speed test didn't work there is an issue with running the speed test at the moment. We are working on it . Come back later when we've fixed things". It has been like this for months, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it made no difference.

@RodTheMod14 Thanks for trying, if you have not already as well I would turn the router off for 30 seconds and back on and see if the speed test is able to complete after that. If the issue remains though I would recommend when you get a chance, getting in touch with our technical team so they can investigate this app issue further.
