I have a order big problem with the customer service but I called with 18001 07953 966 150 this morning. I still can't find the order opinion in the customer service helpline.

So it is possible, could you provide the guide to reach "order" opinion in the customer service

@hihi3 : ~~Where'd you get that phone no. from? EE CS's mobile no. is just 07953 966 150. Dialling what you did probably landed you in USA.~~

EDIT: Sorry, I now see that 18001 is the UK Relay service.

Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 2) in my sig.

Is this in relation to the IMEI proofs you were discussing in your other thread?

I shared the dedicated 08 number there for queries around electronics and EE store orders, but if you have a more general enquiry about something else then the 07 number shared above should be the one.
