Need help unlinking mobile number from old profile

Hello, I am trying to link my mobile phone number to my new EE ID profile, but I keep getting an error saying 'That number is already linked'. It seems to be stuck on an old backend account. Please can an EE Guide send me a private message to help unlink it so I can manage my plan and access my TNT Sports add-on? Thank you

@Anthony6476 : There are no EE Guides here. This public user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.

Hi @Anthony6476,

Welcome to the EE Community

As mentioned to resolve the profile issue with linking your mobile number you will need to get in touch with our team for support.

However if you have TNT Sports as an add-on or inclusive extra part of your mobile though, in the meantime you can activate that just by visiting ee.co.uk/tntsports you don't need to login.

If you don't yet have it added or selected you can add via text using the information on our help page.
