Ee perk discount

I am trying to log into my account to access Ee perk code due to working within NHS. I have apploed this to various other contracts. However error message now states. Account has been dectivated as registration not within allowed time frame. Advised at.time of upgrade yesterday that this is something i have to add myself that EE staff cannnot add this. But i cannot access my account nor re-regrestired

Hope you can help me too.

When I upload an image of my staff pass to revalidate my account I get the message "The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large."

It can't be the size of the image as it's 2.1MB

Welcome to the EE Community

Could you try completing validation on another browser to see if you still get the error? As well as trying on your default browser after clearing your cookies and cache.

When exactly does the error come up? Does it offer the ability to validate via a work email?
