I went to a physical store here in downtown Bournemouth. I signed up for a plan with my phone, but also an Apple Watch, and it cost £88. Now, when I checked the app, it's charging a BIOS fee of £211 to be charged on the 4th, but my plan only starts on the 27th and it's not related to that amount. I had gone back to the store previously because of an error where I had signed up for a plan on another SIM card and I didn't understand what the salesperson had done. And now I've seen this on my app.
