    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2782420"&gt;@AntRalph&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If EE does any account maintenance it’ll happen when it’s not going to cause problems for the majority of customers. &amp;nbsp; And at 4:30am customers support isn’t open anyway so you’ll not get any support at that time. &amp;nbsp;Customer support is 8am to 9pm Monday-Friday and 8am to 8pm Saturday-Sunday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;can you access your account now and look at the bill breakdown to see why it’s higher than you expected?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a monthly direct debit of £40 and my partners is £49. This month EE have taken £139 direct debit for absolutely no reason . I can’t even contact them as the App and their website online are both down!! Absolute joke&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
