Fix an EE phone not working abroad, restart your device, turn off automatic network selection to choose a local network manually, and verify that data roaming is enabled in your phone settings and your EE account

Im assuming you have tried this?

Welcome to the Community, @rlprice1me.

Fingers crossed some of the above @Chris682 has recommended will do the trick - sometimes phones just need a bit of extra coaxing to recognise a roaming network, and even I've had instances where I've needed to do a restart to get things working when I land.

It's worth double checking to make sure she hasn't accidentally toggled roaming off in the phone's settings - just be aware this is independent of any roaming settings at our end, so does not guarantee the ability to roam.

If none of this makes a difference, please give our team a call, and they'll be able to check over all the roaming settings at an account level too.
