App not working

Does anyone else still have this issue? My app hasn't worked in nearly 2 months and I have devices pause that I have been able to use because of it.

@Wadesean1985 Have you called customer support and request your online account to be reset ? The app is a linked to your account.

I have the same. I can't link my mobile phone (I am on a sim only deal), can't see bills, so when they arbitrarily charge more than they should I can't check why, I can't change my email address...

Ridiculous.

Tried the chatbot, but that didn't understand what I needed and kept sending me to the same place which did not work.

I am on an iPhone 12, on iOS18.7.8

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you are having issues linking up your mobile account to your online EEID. Have you tried via both the app and the EE website?

If you are unable to complete it this way the best thing is to give our technical team a call so they can investigate the issue to help get it resolved and they can help change the email address in use if needed.
