Service down for maintenance

Can't log onto the app or website to control my child's devices and no way to do it locally on the router. Very poor service.

We should be able to manage the settings locally. The App seems to be down every time I want to change my kids settings.

Very frustrating!!!

Honestly, the EE app is rubbish! When I need to change screen time, it’s always having maintenance done, leaving me with no way to adjust it. EE has blocked access to that feature (and others) from being changed when I log into the router from the browser. Why???

I understand the need for maintenance but it seems like there is always some kind of work being done on the app! I had the Eero app before EE and it was a far superior app! Maybe let your customers know when it’s planned for and maybe carry it out during the night! I’m stuck dealing with a grumpy teenager because you’ve left me with no way to change the settings.

How long is this maintenance expected to last??

I can't gift data to my teenage child who needs it urgently while out as the website and app are undergoing maintenance. Does anyone know how to contact an actual person at EE at this time of night??

Totally agree its awful especially at night when they want to ask for more time. They need to have a separate section away from the update when they are occurring.

So you morons decide to bring down the app and now my broadband has gone down at the same time. I'm a trader and now I have trades open I can not managed. I'm serious **bleep**ing **bleep**ed off! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The point of this user discussion forum is to seek & provide help between peer users of the EE networks. You will rarely see direct responses from EE staff relating to specific a/c's of users but only general advice. At 11 PM you can only wait until 8AM next day to call CS.
