Been nearly 2 months and they still haven't fixed the view bill situation can't see any of my previous bills I'm starting to think that they have done this on purpose

Is this home phone or mobile.
Is this problem limited to the EE app , website or both.

No need for the slurs, but this is EE, barely anything on the app or website work once you've logged in.

@nutsnut , it does for most customers, if it is not working for you, then ring customer service and ask them to refresh your account, that should do it, the same for @JohnAH75 , ask EE to refresh your account.

Like all the other posts here, this barely works or is a short term fix. One should.not have to ring EE to refresh their account every time you need to access something.

As this is an issue, EE should acknowledge this and periodically refresh people's accounts or fix the route cause.
