@ChristinE118 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting access to your account.

There are some tricks you can try which may help you get access.

Check that you're using the email you registered with
Remember your password is case-sensitive, so make sure caps lock is off
if you've forgotten your password, you can reset it
if you’re having issues with your PIN, fingerprint or face recognition in the EE app, check your device’s security settings
if you’ve entered your username and password incorrectly too many times, your account will be temporarily locked
We may have locked your account for security reasons.

We may have been doing some maintenance through the night, so I'd recommend giving it another try this morning.
