I know, as I had a problem and it eventually got sorted, it was with the energy company not EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since upgrade my service is shockingly bad, tv buffering, smart meter won’t connect and pay as you go meter takes the money out my bank but when I put it in my meter. They then give me a UTCI number to put in manually but I can’t do it on this stupid meter they gave me. DO NOT GET A SMART METER. And when you call them it takes at least 30mins and still nothing happens&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
