where is the live chat option? It’s been gone for months (not on the app or website) I need to cancel a sim contract that you wrongly set up instead of transferring a number over and as a result you are charging me for 3 mobile plans when it should only be 2! Was told I could do it in store so went to the store to be told they can’t help.

@Margi3 Live chat is available in the EE app under help, scroll to the bottom and click Talk To Us.
