    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve not been able to access live chat for months I’ve tried on pc, phone, app and website and the chat option isn’t there only the option to call. I’m a broadband and mobile contract customer and need to use live chat. I’m being wrongly charged for 3 contracts, my daughter’s number was supposed to transfer the over so I would still only have 2 contracts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4947734"&gt;@Margi3&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for visiting the EE Community&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The live chat option is only available in the EE app by selecting Help along the bottom, then scrolling to the bottom of the page there should be a Talk to us button which when pressed has a Message or Call option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't have this option I would recommend giving us a call so that our team can look into both the app issue and the contract billing issue you mention.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you do struggle with calling for whatever reason, you are able to contact us also using the Relay app which is detailed on our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;contact us&lt;/A&gt; page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
