      <title>Outstanding complaint - BT Account not recognised</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an outstanding complaint. My BT Account is not recognised so I cannot look at historical bills.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was on the ‘Live Chat’ for 4.5 hours and they said they would raise a complaint for me with EE and signed off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;10 minutes later I got a text from EE saying ‘You raised a complaint. If you’re happy that it has been resolved, do nothing.’ &amp;nbsp;But that’s EXACTLY what EE did - NOTHING!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need someone to sort it out rather than keep bouncing it back to the customer like it’s the customer’s fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
