If it is effecting the app try first clearing the app cache and data, if the issue remains try reinstalling the app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot download bills when clicking on the download button.&amp;nbsp; The screen just keeps flashing on and off. Why is this never used to have this problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
