App not working, can’t turn WiFi off, kids still on there laptops

App is down again this is happening a lot lately, as the person said in previous post, can’t even data gift her son, if that happened to me with my daughter and she needed access to data and I couldn’t do anything I would be so anxious and so mad.

@Dasher01 So you gift data during the day when EE don’t do account maintenance which happens late at night. As for your kids being on their laptops there are other options you have to stop that as a parent.

Is there anyway apart from pausing their phones on the WiFi.
How can I stop them using their phones at night, because their phones are on an account outside of EE , which the Grandfather pays for and that’s something I can’t sort out I’m talking as “their” are my Stepchildren.

If you regularly pause their connection around the same time, you can set up a schedule so the WiFi pauses automatically, which helps if the app isn’t available at the time.

With WiFi Controls you can manage how devices connect to your home WiFi. Things like pausing the WiFi for specific devices, setting times when they can’t go online, or blocking certain types of content.
