    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are new wit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;h this company around a few months time at best. But such fail with in service and App development didint seen nowhere a like.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Few days ago in around 02:00 at night broadband hub disconnected&amp;nbsp; taken a time to reconnect I was assuming that Hub had some Large update and needed restart to save settings. It taken up to 45 min to reconnect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought F it all good now working... Yaaa not realy speed from guarantee 1.3 from 1.6 droped&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Devices who was running and supporting fast speed now running on ~400-500Mbs from promised at least 1.3Gbs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cherry on the top fail of the App, how to say app is usless as cant reach support to deal with issue why becouse app update f it up, i know my 4-Digit pin i could be waken in midnight would be able to say it.&amp;nbsp; Now trying to enter it says pin nor recognized ok wife tries her same sh.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Long story short&amp;nbsp; disappointed in this 2nd virgin media company i want&amp;nbsp; a refund&amp;nbsp; and cancel my contract ..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hopefully they will fix this quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
