&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out here on the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please could you try the following steps, turn Airplane mode on then back off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ensure mobile data is switched on, restart the iPad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure the iPad is on the latest software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reset the Network settings, this will not delete any personal information, but you will need to sign back into your Wi-Fi. Go to settings &amp;gt; general &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset iPad &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
