Why EE app says my account is closed?

Can anyone explain this to me? I’ve been on EE for years and it’s my first time seeing this before. I did call for top up and they ask me for bank details for contact

@Byronmyers124 : Bank details are not used to contact you. You've been sold a contract & moved from a PAYG a/c. Hence your PAYG a/c has been closed.
