I registered a long time ago and not just to ask the question above.       <title>Futile upgrade attempts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past 3 weeks I've attempted on multiple occasions to make changes to my TV plan. I've tried the app and web service but on every occasion I choose the TV/Sport button to make changes I'm being redirected to the "upgrading broadband" page. To call EE amateurish would be doing a disservice to real amateurs. Could they make it any more difficult to allow me to make the changes I want to make?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
