      <title>My BT app latest update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Evening humans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just had the latest update for the My BT app 9n Android.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have gone through the motions of 2 step verification and setting up a 4 digit pin, then when the bouncing balls stop bouncing, I get this error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000040726.jpg" style="width: 1048px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/42329iEC2E4B6935CFC155/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000040726.jpg" alt="1000040726.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; I have tried 3 times, even after resetting app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Many threads on BT community including this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/Log-in-Issues/td-p/2459572" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.bt.com/t5/Bills-Packages/Log-in-Issues/td-p/2459572&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will probably need to contact BT CS direct -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest you try to logon&amp;nbsp; to My BT via a web browser as well first to verify that you can't get in via that route.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
