How long is the app going to be off, I’ve had nothing be problems since I joined

Hi long is the app going to take to update haven’t been able to get on for days now, had so many issues since I joined, worse then sky 😡

They always turn the app off at night which is the time I use it to manage my teenagers internet use after I go to sleep - it’s really inconvenient. Want to give an extra hour as he has a friend over but can’t. Will have to reset the WiFi to stop it going off at usual time, but won’t be able to set a timer for it to go off again later 😖

How do you reset the WiFi? I’ve got exactly the same issue!
