I appreciate this can be inconvenient as it does mean you wont be able to use Wi Fi controls during that time, I am sorry about that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you regularly pause your son's connection around the same time, what you can do is &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/ee-parental-controls/parental-controls-smart-hub-7#article-heading-4" target="_blank"&gt;setup a schedule&lt;/A&gt; so that the connection is paused automatically to help in cases where the app may be down.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
