      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of the biggest, messiest, indian coded crap looking, poorly coded, slow loading, unstable pieces of crap I have ever used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something like 15 clicks to upgrade or see a bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should fire the person who designed it, it is beyond awful and by design to prevent people from leaving or using it, because otherwise you as a giatn telecoms company are incompetent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have been told for years and simply ignore it so A SYSTEM DOES WHAT A SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO DO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In this case infuriate customers into NOT using it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree totally with these sentiments, the EE app doesn't work with my EE router controls so I don't use the app and rely on the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website rarely&amp;nbsp; loads properly and when logged in often in takes over 1 minute load pages as it call multiple ad and tracking links.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;When logged in&lt;/U&gt; it sometimes reports 'account closed' and and/or I can not access my broadband information or bills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
