&lt;P&gt;I can totally understand your concerns with this if you feel your account was cancelled without sufficient warning.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We don't have account access via these forums, but the circumstances you've described here fall significantly outside of what we would expect, and I'd expect there's probably more contributing factors.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can't guarantee that they won't need to call you, but we would always recommend the option of &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint/complaint-form" target="_blank"&gt;raising this as a complaint directly via our webform&lt;/A&gt;, as here you can explain your circumstances and our team will do their best to take these circumstances into account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just opened an EE account downloaded the app and waiting for broadband to commence next week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to enable my wife, who is absolutely trusted, to have access to the app in her own right, rather than just giving her my security details?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you can't have another person access your EE a/c w/out, obviously, giving them its creds.&amp;nbsp;However the A/c Holder can call CS to appoint a 3rd-party to handle day-to-day aspects of their a/c over the phone with CS on their behalf. They will not be cleared to affect contractual matters, like cancellation or upgrades.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You've just put&amp;nbsp; a debt collecting services on me in October last year I went to work in Thailand I left a lodger who had third party management to manage the account for any problems. He ranged up in january because it was an issue with the broadband and your agent decided to cancel and generate an early cancellation fee for me being purely in my name when I gave no permission that's your own policy. You've just stated here only the named holder.Actually cancel the contract.A third party can only manage i have got a complaint number and Europe. A big node and done nothing about it. And got back to me, I can't do the voice call, because you charge 2 pound a minute and you don't want to do WhatsApp with me to sort it out. I've just had an email from your deck.Collecting people. Haha, but I thank you for being able to clearly print your own&amp;nbsp; policy.&amp;nbsp; When I go to court&lt;/P&gt;</description>
