    <description>&lt;P&gt;I absolutely agree 100% . EE website is probably one of the worst if not the worst website ever. you would think that EE whose job is communication would create a website that is easy to navigate and fast to respond , user friendly and all that. but...no the website creator should be sacked immediately. how on earth does such a big company have a website that is a complete and utter balls up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I guess that none of these comments , which are all pretty much negative will change anything for the better. Such a good service provider too , never had any issues with signal or payments or anything other problems..... but the website a complete pile of **bleep**e.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The EE website is truly one of the worst I've ever visited for a so called technology company. I'm trying to buy a new SIM only card through my business acccount and it keeps loggoing me out. Then there are blanks shop pages. Its slow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its not sufficient that you can never talk to anyone becuase theyve laid them all off, now they seem to have cut their website team too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could do WAY better EE. Shame on you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Same when I click on 'usage'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Truly, this website is a nightmare and it has been going like that for ages. Sometimes I get lucky and eventually the page loads. I have been trying to get access to invoices for some time now and I need to update my home address and payment method, but it seems impossible to do so as logging into my account is an endless loop leading nowhere. Could you please just start sharing invoices to email please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a business account and need my invoices for my admin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be leaving to another company as soon as my contract ends because this is just terrible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've checked the link and it's definitely not blocked on my side of things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know how important it is to be able to see your bills in full detail, and I'm confident this can be sorted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to access your online account on a different device/web browser to see if this does the trick?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have the same issues when logging into the EE app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you been able to access your online account previously with no issues?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the team unlinks your mobile number and account number for the email address you currently have set up, this should then allow you to try and re-register with a new email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think it's worth a try! If that doesn't work, please ask the team for an update on what the next steps are.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Worst website I've used, particularly concerning they're also handling personal and billing details of mine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seriously, how is it so poor? Every single page glitches out, most of the pages are "Down right now", nothing loads on first try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any basic web design/digital marketing firm could get the job done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please consider hiring a competent set of people/firms to rebuild the website from the ground up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same with the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hilariously enough, I have been filtered through error messages, pages that do not stop reloading, broken links and all sorts to find out that in order to fix my BROKEN PHONE, I need to CALL THEM, from my BROKEN PHONE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The level of half-assery is insane here. Like, there's no way the website was quality checked at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
