    <description>&lt;P&gt;For several months I was unable to access my EE account because the website would return a “BLOCKED” HTML page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To rule out local issues I tested several scenarios:&lt;BR /&gt;- different ISP&lt;BR /&gt;-&amp;nbsp;different computer&lt;BR /&gt;-&amp;nbsp;different browser&lt;BR /&gt;-&amp;nbsp;fresh session with no cookies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under those conditions I was able to log in successfully. However, when navigating to the billing section, the page would repeatedly refresh and eventually return the “BLOCKED” page again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steps to reproduce (based on what I observed)&lt;BR /&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Log into the EE account portal&lt;BR /&gt;2&amp;nbsp; Navigate to Billing / View bill&lt;BR /&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;The page begins repeatedly refreshing&lt;BR /&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;After several refresh attempts the site returns the BLOCKED page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From what I can see, the billing page appears to enter a refresh or redirect loop. My assumption is that the repeated requests eventually trigger the site’s Web Application Firewall, which then temporarily blocks the IP address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support experience&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted support by calling 150. Initially I was routed through the automated system which redirected me back to the digital help pages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I reached technical support they ran through the usual checks (clearing browser data, using incognito mode, checking VPN usage etc.), which I had already tested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I explained that the only thing I actually needed was access to my bill, so I asked if it could be emailed or sent by post instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was then transferred to billing, who initially suggested transferring me back to technical support again. After explaining that this was really an access-to-billing issue, they eventually agreed to send my bills by post without charging the paper bill fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outcome&lt;BR /&gt;My bills will now be sent by post, which resolves the immediate problem as I no longer need to rely on the online portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additional note&lt;BR /&gt;While researching this issue I noticed similar reports on this forum going back to 2024, so it may be worth EE investigating the behaviour of the billing page as it appears to trigger the site security block.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For context, I recently moved from ID Mobile to EE Limited. The network and phone support have been good, but unfortunately the online account platform has been problematic in my experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Posting this in case anyone else encounters the same BLOCKED + billing refresh loop issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The EE website generates errors when I'm logged in.&amp;nbsp; Since I moved to a new phone contract, it's better than it was - I can now see my mobile bills, gift data etc.&amp;nbsp; And the (android) app seems better too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I consistently get an error when trying to get a price for broadband if logged in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to report it to technical support I get a white page simply saying 'blocked'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's relevant, my current broadband is with plusnet (full fibre).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems to be a common issue, but posting in case anyone has any ideas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it only happens on the EE website.&amp;nbsp; When it happens, I need to exit the browser, and I can re-access a little later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd quite like to move to EE broadband when my contract expires, but I consistently get an error when I try to go to 'shop' ..&amp;gt; 'broadband', saying "Sorry, looks like a technical error&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please call us on 0800 956 6000 and we’ll try to get things sorted."&amp;nbsp; This only happens when I'm logged in, so it seems to be account related.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried bypassing plusnet and accessing ee.co.uk through my phone (EE mobile plan), but get the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't use a VPN, so not that.&amp;nbsp; All a bit confusing and not a great experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did wonder if it could be whatever software you use to serve up adverts?&amp;nbsp; But don't know how I'd test that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
