      <title>cant access my account properly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For a few weeks now I have been unable to access my account properly.&amp;nbsp; I.e i cant view bills, account info, etc etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;this happens whether I'm on my phone (using app or website)&amp;nbsp; or if I'm on my laptop.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Often when i try to use the app i have to make several attempts to actually log in - its like its repeating itself on the info it wants.&amp;nbsp; IF i actually manage to login I then still CAN'T access any information that I need or want.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but its made no difference.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's all very frustrating and i'm not sure what to do next.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Help wanted, preferably from an EE representative.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the same problem so its definitely not just you; so frustrating isn't it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;whilst I know I can check the amount of my bill by texting 150 Id like to be able to access all my other relevant information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having the issue with both the app and the website&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i hope they get it sorted soon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
