&lt;P&gt;Can you view your contract information when you sign in via the website rather than the app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please make sure your App is on the latest software, if it is already up to date then you could try un-installing the app and re-installing it to see if that works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are still unable to view your information after trying the above steps, I would recommend &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Contacting our guides&lt;/A&gt;, they will be able to take a look into this for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to see anything about my mobile contract informatiom, no usage, no bills nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have never been able to see my contract details either on the app or on the webpage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the message currently on the webpage, it was the same message last month:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Your plan&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We can’t show your plan right now. Refresh or come back later when we’ve fixed things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;If you press Refresh nothing happens. I don't want to have to phone up someone when in this day and age it should be accessible online. I also hade a problem with EE when I first took out the contract and that was never resolved despite hours and hours on the phone so in the end I gave up. Useless.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Or alternatively remove your online access completely allowing you to re-register with a fresh access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once this has been resolved you'll be able to access your details, plans and contract as expected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
