      <description>&lt;P&gt;for 2 months now i have not been able to use the EE website. everytime i try to log in all i get is '&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;This service isn't working right now&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;We're working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, browse the rest of our site, or get in touch if it's urgent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;so i cannot get access to pay my bill. i have tried useing the app to log into my account an have the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;ive tried using a diffrent browser an still the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;ive tried clearing my browser cache an still the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;i don't know if its a prblem my end or the website itself is just not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
