Where are y bills gone

What on earth is going on with the EE website? It has gone from being an almost OK, just about usable site, albeit slow, to a nightmare.

All I use it for is to download my bills each month – where has this feature gone??

Now I need to enter codes, mess about with security, and all sorts just to get there, and when you finally get on the site, having logged in, the one feature that I use seems to have disappeared.

You seem to be asking me to download an app if I need anything…But I don’t want your app, I just want to download my VAT invoices…how do I do that now?

EE has recently unnecessarily started requiring OTPs on top of logging in. Thereby throwing everything off on top of needing to run for your unused mobile.
VAT invoices are not supplied on personal a/c's.
