I need to log in my EE app and I need

Proof of usage – which can be an itemised phone bill or a standard document supplied by some mobile companies.

few days before I lost my phone so I need to send above details to my insurance company.
kindly contact me as soon as possible.

It's not possible to obtain proof of usage directly through the app, but as @Northerner has mentioned it's definitely something our customer care teams are able to sort for you.

They can send this over right as a PDF via email, so please give us a call and we'll get this sorted 😊
