Wont let me re link phones on account

For some reason my handsets have been disconnected from my account, I have tried to re link them via the app & website and always says failed & to try again later. It's been this way for months now and I cant fathom how this is still an issue after it being fine for 10+ years.

If you're getting an error message when trying to link the numbers, please call us on 150 and the team can check why this is happening and help you further to get this sorted.
