      <title>Cant Access bill after already linking my device</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a copy of my bill for ID purposes, having linked my device to my account on the app, im still given no option to view one. It just gives me an option to link my device (Tried doing it again with no luck)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone can help? Surely it should be easier to view a bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankyou&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If this isn't working when you select the option 'Manage mobile' and link your number to the account, I would definitely recommend following what &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/160397"&gt;@Schockwave&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; has recommended and &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;give our team a call&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They can check to see what is linked at our end, and if needs be troubleshoot from there.&lt;/P&gt;
